   Your First visit:

1. Will consist of a Consultation,  Examination,   Diagnosis,  and  Explanation of diagnosis and   Treatment options.

2. Treatment can be done the same day or an appointment will be given for the next day as per the outcome of the Consultation and convenience for the best outcome of the procedure to be carried out.

3. A brief medical history and allergies that a patient may have.

4. Please assist us by providing the information on your general health at the time of your Consultation.

5. A list of medicines you are presently taking.

6. Please do alert us if you have a medical condition as that may be of concern prior to treatment Eg. Blood pressure, diabetes, Heart  Health artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc. 

7.  Or you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
